Or the port(s) can not be found because the
javax.comm-files are not available.
 

Solution:
 
Make shure, the following three files are available:

• javax.comm.properties (in <yourJdkDir>\jre\lib)
• comm.jar (in <yourJdkDir>\jre\lib\ext)
• win32com.dll (in <yourJdkDir>\jre\bin)
